BOARD OF HEALTH MEETING
July 28, 2015
Chair Steve Fram opened the meeting at 6:00 p.m. Present were Board Members Alba Gouldthorpe, Elaine Byrne, Health Inspector, Virginia Bacon and Health Agent, Deborah Rogers.
It was moved by Elaine Byrne to re-appoint Virginia Bacon as Health Inspector for another 3 year term; it was seconded by Alba Gouldthorpe and voted unanimously.
It was moved by Elaine Byrne to re-appoint Deborah Rogers as Health Agent/Director for another 3 year term; it was seconded by Alba Gouldthorpe and voted unanimously.
59 ELM STREET – Bob Grasso here representing the homeowners for 59 Elm Street asked for the following variance. Reduction in groundwater separation to soil absorption system from 4’ required to 2’ provided. It was moved by Elaine Byrne to approve the variance as written on the proposed septic design and noted above pending Health Agent review; it was seconded by Alba Gouldthorpe and voted unanimously.
The next meeting of the Board of Health will be on August 25, 2015 at 6:00 p.m.
